Payments will be taken from the customer's chosen payment method when placing an order. No goods will be supplied without payment. Wild Souls Pet Boutique is committed to protecting customer privacy, so we do not store credit card information, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
In the case that customer's shipment is lost or stolen during transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the applicable shipping carrier(s). Wild Souls Pet Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the packages leave our hands, it is completely out of our control.
All sales are final. Each item is made to order per customer so Wild Souls Pet Boutique is unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. However, sometimes mistakes happen. In the case that the customer receives a defective product directly from us, we are happy to correct it. The original product(s) must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of receiving before a replacement is issued. Customers also have the option of choosing store credit for the amount of the defective product(s) instead of a replacement. There will be no substitutions. Failure to notify Wild Souls Pet Boutique of desired replacements or refunds within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the product and an admission that the product fully complies with all of the terms and conditions of the customer's order.
